I have been coming here to donate plasma for about a year. I have had quite a few different people stick me. They are all good. But Anna is one of the best. Today when she started on me we were talking while she worked and then I was looking at my phone for a moment, I looked down at my arm and saw that she had already stuck me. I never even felt it! This is a first! Like I said the phlebotomists are all good and it’s rare for it to hurt but to not even feel it at all that is Rare!

Love them. I’m a deep vein, they do a pretty good job at sticking me. Very friendly, pretty good at remembering people. Great payout. And they do raffles now and then. Easily make $500+ a month. Been doing it for 3 years now. The physical is easy and quick.

I had an excellent experience at this plasma center. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The screening process was thorough, and the staff took the time to answer all of my questions. The actual donation process was quick and easy, and I was able to relax in a comfortable chair while donating. Overall, I highly recommend this plasma center to anyone looking to donate plasma. Way better staffed than most other donation places, both within the same company and others as well. Very clean and for the most part pretty efficient. Always throw in (even though I usually miss them) little contests etc. Usually have movies or shows playing on the tvs.

I’ve donated a total of 6 times and on 3 occasions (50% of my sessions) I’ve had to be restuck in the other arm. One occurance I had a vein bleeding inside my arm (I don’t recall the specific medical term) and apparently it was a serious issue which was handled but still quite concerning. The phlebotomists here (if they are licensed professionals, Im not sure) are not gentle and don’t take their time. An IV should not be very painful, mine hurt every time beyond my past experiences in a hospital setting. The staff in general seem checked out mentally and seem to also forget they are dealing with human beings, I’m guessing because of the monotony and repetition of the job, but whatever the reason, I felt unsafe each and every time.

The 2 people at the front desk need etiquette training. Extremely rude. First time visit and they had me wait over 1 1/2 hours before they even scanned my paperwork to have me screened. And when I asked about what was going on, one of them started telling at me. And that is when she provided my information to the screening person. So VERY unprofessionaland RUDE.

edit: do not leave a review while you’re at biomat, they will absolutely come over and confront you while you’re hooked up to the machine and refuse to leave you alone when you tell them it’s an inappropriate time for a confrontation

It used to be a good place, however, they’ve gone down in customer service quality. Permanently deferring someone because they can’t remember if they got the piercings six or eight years ago is ridiculous, we all get piercings and we all forget when we get them. Especially if they healed over years ago. The staff member who told me did treat me well, but 100% will not recommend this place. Their policies are ridiculous and outdated. If they were going to defer someone for something so small, it’s not worth the waste of time. Also please take notice, They bribe for good reviews.

I love coming here. The staff is fast, polite, and professional. It is very clean and organized. Christina is the nicest and funniest one there! I love her bouncy hair and personality, but she is also professional and sweet.
