50+ Simple Vegan Recipes (1)

Plant-based eating is trending, which is great, but also stumps those who are used to meat-and-two-veg type meals. Many people are wondering how to make a filling meal without relying on animal products or expensive processed meat substitutes. Well, it’s easy when you have a good repertoire of simple vegan recipes to draw from!

That’s why I put together this roundup of 50+ simple vegan recipes for those of you who are new to a plant-based diet and for those of you who are already seasoned vegans but are generally idiots in the kitchen. The recipes included here take a maximum of 30 minutes to prepare and are easy enough for even the clumsiest cook to prepare.

Rather than divide this recipe collection into the usual breakfast, lunch, dinner list, I’ve broken it up by basic ingredients. The idea is that you can search for a recipe based on what you have in your pantry or what you feel like eating today. You’ll find recipes categorized in this order: pasta and noodles, rice dishes, grains and cereals, beans and pulses, and baking and desserts.

I have not included tofu, seitan or tempeh recipes in this collection as I already have two other great recipe roundups on the blog that you will definitely want to check out: Tofu for Beginners (with 50+ Recipes) and 60+ Vegan Recipes for Meat Lovers.
